Resetting Password for Account From 2001

Hello,

My name is Matt Kaufman | Currently I go by the username 'mkfmn' or
'mkfmncom' | However in the past I have been 'mattisbusy' and earliest
in my life 'mkaufman'.

I would like to regain access to my PEAR / PECL Account under the
username 'mkaufman' and contribute to the PEAR/PECL and potentially
PHAR package communities much much more; as I have never done so
officially.

The email address that this is under is listed at a domain I have not
had access to for years: [email protected]

I could give you some passwords that I would have thought it would be
under; however it seems not to be.  What is the process I can go
through to regain access to (what I at least consider somewhat of a
historical registration date and account) that I would truly like to
have access back to again as it is over 10 years old;

I could easily verify identity via a Photo ID, incorporation papers
and stock certificates for TechBoost, Inc. which the web.archive.org
looking back on TechBoost.com could quite show that it is myself.
