Hi,

I've noticed that QA release process reactivated status of maintainer 
that is marked as inactive

See my profile, where the only package I still maintains is Net_Growl

HTML_Progress2-2.4.2 (stable)
PEAR_PackageFileManager_Frontend-0.8.0 (alpha)

Perharps something to do/fix to avoid such side effects !
