test.pear.php.net

Hey Folks:

Just upgraded mysql on test.pear.php.net.  Had a hell of a time getting
it done.  Debian did not handle the upgrade well.

I just tried to recompile php5.3.9RC4 (per instructions I put up after
my successful build the other day at https://wiki.php.net/systems/sgrv1)
to get php in sync with mysql.  But I'm getting compile errors.

I'll get back to it tomorrow.  Just letting y'all know in case tests
in Jenkins start failing, etc.
