unmaintained package takeover HTML_Template_Sigma

Hello PEAR QA mailing list,

I would like to take over the unmaintained package HTML_Template_Sigma. I
have used this package for the last 5 years and find it invaluable to my
development. I have used it to build small websites all the way up massive
enterprise level applications. I find it invaluable to my development and
hope that I am able not only to improve it but also to give it better
exposure. It is a great little templating engine and I love it simplicity
and ease of use. I would hate for this package to remain unmaintained and
as no one else has stepped up to the plate I would like to throw my hat
into the circle and contribute my time to this.
