There are no unreleased fixes, in fact. If you are talking of the bugs "Closed 
Since Version 1.2.0"

then two of these are documentation problems and the last one was in fact 
included in release 1.2.0: http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=12221 (see the 
last comment there).

The only real code issue that needs fixing was added in 2012:

Yes, I somewhat remember you doing a few broken releases with misleading notes. ;

This I understand. The problem is: I definitely didn't put that banner there 
myself, how did it appear in the first place?
