Console_ProgressBar

Hi Stefan,

can you do some improvements to console_progressbar?

Here is a list of changes:

 * fix file-classname-convention by adding a Console/ directory into the tree
 * bring the code up to date (PHP5+)
 * bonus points: migrate to git

Git-migration should be as simple as changing the google-code repo to
git. If you moved it to github then into our organization that would
be even better.

I can work on those things if you don't have the time right.
