Psst, guys, it's been wrong since first added to PEAR ~7 years ago, mind if
I change that file over the LGPL licencing like the rest of the content?

AFAICT you two are the only contributors.

Hi Daniel,

The licence of this file in Image_Canvas is causing us a bit of a headache.
In fact, I'm pretty sure it should not be distributed with the lgpl'd
package to start with.

A colleague tried to contact Stefan in 2010 but as of April this year, he
still had not heard back. Perhaps the email address in the file is no
longer active?

Do you think you can help me get this sorted out?
