Trying to register an account

Hi there, I've been trying to register an account in order to file a
bug report.  I went here and filled out the form:

Username: iarna
Email: [email protected]

But I'm not getting the confirmation email.  There had been some
wonkiness with mail delivery, so I went back to have it try again but
the reset password form claims the account doesn't exist.  At the same
time, the account request forms claim that it already exists.  It also
says:

> If your email address is no longer valid, please mail [email protected] and explain the situation, your password can only be reset manually.


Which is why I'm writing here.  This isn't exactly the situation
described, but I seem to be stuck in some new account limbo that I
have no way out of on my own.

Any help you all could offer would be most appreciated.
