Can we update the package homepage of PHP_CodeSniffer to point people to the squizlabs' git?

The latter is up to date, while the other one in the pear org looks dead and that's probably not the impression people should get.

Also, should we delete the PEAR repo if it's not up to date? Or are we setting up this git mirror? ;-)
