New or modified bug report does not appear on php.pear.bugs

Hi all,

I added two bug reports (#19658 and #19660) the other day and also 
uploaded a patch to #19593. 

All three reports are listed with status "Open", but do not appear on the 
list server.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need some special karma to report bugs?
