Net_URL2

Hi list,

last year in august I did offer to take care about the package Net_URL2.

I tried different things to contact past maintainers as well as Pear staff.

Despite first positive reactions nothing went on.

The package is still unmaintained. It still wrongfully contains the  
information that it would have two lead developers despite the one lead  
developer (Christian Schmidt) wrote that he resigned long time ago.  
Additionally the other lead developer (David Coallier) who was put in the  
loop as well didn't do anything to clarify the situation nor to get the  
package moved to the pear repository to Github.

Even sending reminders weeks and months after did not work out.

I'm trying to improve the situation since August last year.

I just wanted to know do you offer anything that I can escalate this?

I want to get a mandate from Pear to maintain the package. Please give me  
access that I have enough privileges for that so that I can maintain the  
tickets of the Packge, get access the versioned code-tree(s) and enough  
rights to move the package to Github.
