Hi,

in another package I found this hint "If this package is marked as
unmaintained and you have fixes, please submit your pull requests and start
discussion on the pear-qa mailing list."

I modernized the package HTML_Form a bit to have a composer.json, and a
travis.yml

I want also to ask for changing the default branch to trunk, or even better
master instead of a version branch.

And maybe it can be added to pacakgist then?


Reason why Iam working on it:
i am currently looking through the code behind pecl.php.net and try to make
it work with a newer (7.1) php version.
As part of this I looked into the pear HTML_Form package, as it is
(wrongly?) marked
as not compatible with php 7
