I'd like to maintain some pear packages (on packagist)

Hello,

I'd like to maintain some pear packages which have been abandoned and
not yet transferred to packagist.

These include:

XML_SVG
File_Fstab

I'm also trying to contact the listed maintainers of a few more packages with the intention to join maintainership, fix php7/8 compat and get them to packagist.

Crypt_CHAP
Text_Figlet
Text_CAPTCHA

I'm well aware of the general state of PEAR. One document advised me to first contact [email protected] but I think they meant pear-qa (as the former has been closed long ago)
Any pointers where else to address this topic are very welcome.
