Pear installation problem

Hi,

 

I'm having a problem with installation process on Windows

I'm a beginner in PHP and just want to try stuff.

 

I have PHP installed on my system and need to add the pear running the
go-pear.bat and accepting the defaults.

I'm getting the 

permission denied (rename): C:\php\peardev.bat

permission denied (rename): C:\php\pecl.bat

ERROR: commit failed

 

No pear.bat file being created in PHP root dir: c:php

 

Here is the stack trace. Could you please help.
