Unable to post bug/patch

Hi,

Some time ago I signed up to PEAR to submit a bug/patch.
While my account was created successfully, I have been unable to
complete email address verification as I am given the message
"Unknown Salt".

When requesting a new email confirmation I get the message
"Error: handle is either already verified or does not exist".

And when visiting the bug page (http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=15115)
I get the message "The user who submitted this bug has not yet confirmed 
their email address.".

Also, the bug doesn't show up in my bug list, I can only access that
page via the link emailed to me when I submitted it.

I'd really like to have my account sorted, it seems to be in some kind
of limbo right now!
