euk1.php.net: pear manual css need a fix

While I read the PEAR manual of PHP_CompatInfo I saw a css problem 
(under FF3, Safari3, and I supose all others browsers) on page [1]	
with usage of < tip > dockbook tag

Is it a css problem or a wrong usage of docbook source code : tell me if 
  it's second option (and I'll fix the manual page)
