I have tried to submit a bug and the browser gives me an error

I have tried several times to submit a mail/mime bug report dealing with
e-mail attachments not opening.  After filling in the form and clicking
submit, I get a 500 error in IE and a blank screen in Firefox.

 

I need help with this e-mail attachment issue.
