Hello Christian,

Thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately, each time I complete the 
form at http://pear.php.net/account-request-newpackage.php#requestform, 
I get the error "Incorrect CAPTCHA". Each time, the arithmetic problem 
was solved correctly. Any ideas?
