Is there a problem to deliver mail on bug reports

Hello,

Four days ago, I've noticed by hazard, that I got a new bug report 
declared [1], but I've received no mail to keep me aware.

Today again, while I checked it again to see if I received I feedback 
asked by me 3 days ago, I've noticed again that author as replied to 
feedback, but I've again received no mail !

If someone as an answer, I take it !
