sg1 will be moved in december

Hi all,


A quick heads up: Servegrove, benevolent sponsor of our staging, test
and unittest server sg1 (test.pear.php.net), will shut down sg1 in
december. But we're getting a new server in a new datacenter in
miami some weeks before the old one will be shut down.

> The new server is a Dual Xeon with 4GB of RAM and 160GB of RAID 1
> space.

Prepare to move!
