Details - the pear2 site is sync'ed with pear2.php.net/branches/LIVE
in svn. Recently I added an externals definition to pull in
SimpleChannelFrontend's default templates, and change was committed to
the trunk of that package which caused the error.

I've updated the cron to not sync externals definitions.
