Per package RSS feeds of "how stable is the SVN of the package?" -> stick it
on pearweb / pear2.php.net with a tick/cross.

We could also probably coax it to do 'pear package'  on an svn version or
something like that - but I think 'svn checkout' is probably the better way
to go about that.
