SEPA Pain .008.001.02 XML script

Hello,

for a sporting club in the north of the Netherlands I developed years ago a MySQL database and PHP scripts to manipulate member data, reports, invoices, bulkmails etc. and which is accessible over the internet via these php scripts.  To create Clieop files, I used the scripts published by Dave Mertens on your PEAR website and tweeked them a little to suit us.  This works for us already a long time very well.

In Europe, banks are currently in the process to convert the usual bank numbers to IBAN numbers and adjust to SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) payment methods.  In February 2014 the migration shall be complete.

One of the consequenses will be that the good old Clieop file format will no longer be accepted and be replaced by an XML format according Pain.008.001.02.

To prepare for this I developed a simple php script which produces out of our member database such a XML file with the format according Pain.008.001.02.
Currently I am in the process to get things arranged at our (Rabo)bank as well, but I noticed that I am the first one in their organisation who started about this.  A first XML generated file is already in their posession for verification.

I wonder if you would be interested to place this script on your pear site as it might help others as well.
