pear.php.net relays all mail via php-smtp2.php.net, which your headers 
indicate that this mail did not come via.

I searched with google for that email address and did indeed find two 
results containing it:

https://encrypted.google.com/search?hl=de&q=%22pear.php.net%40lukas-pirl.de%22

The bug report update mail contained your email unobfuscated in the 
"Updated by" field, where it probably was harvested by spammers.

I'll fix this.
