PEAR site email

Hi!

Over the last couple of months I've started receiving a weird email that
appears to be from the PEAR site.  The subject of the message "Password for
PEAR bug report #4623" and it's sent from [email protected].  The
entire (redacted) body of the email is:

The password for PEAR bug report #4623 is [redacted].

I have received this email twice: on the 18th of October and the 4th of
November.  The message IDs of the two emails are
[email protected]
[email protected]

I have no idea what it means for an individual bug report to have a
password assigned to it.  The bug report was closed in 2005, and the
password in the email looks like one I might have used at the time, so on
the off chance that the true meaning of the email is "the password of the
user that submitted bug report #4623" I've tried logging in using my email
address and that password, but that fails.

I haven't used the PEAR site or its bugs system in a long time, so I can't
think of any reason the site would suddenly be sending me email related to
passwords I've used in the past, especially in regard to a long-closed
ticket.

Any thoughts on what's going on here?
