  Why JavaDoc? Ulf did a great job with porting the concept behind javadoc
to the PHP world in form of PHPDoc. Ulf and Jan Kneschke are currently
working on a PHP Extension that ties into the ZendEngine's scanner to
generate the needed data instead of doing a slow grep written in PHP.
