Chem related classes to contribute

I have finished PEAR-ifying a set of Chem related
classes (Atoms, Molecules, Proteins, etc.), along with
specific parsers for molecular structure files (PDB,
XYZ) and some examples/tests.

How could I contribute them to the PEAR classes? I do
not have karma to add/checkin to the pear CVS rep,
only to the phpdoc tree. 

If this is not feasible at this time. I can put them
on my personal or my research site as a package to be
downloaded.

Also have classes for matrix, vector, complex numbers,
etc. but had not gotten around to PEAR-ifying them
yet.
