I work on bioinformatics and use the web to make scientific data available, and so I need some matrix and vector math when, for example, I need to make a histogram plot of torsion angles (aka as solid or dihedral angles) in a particular subset of aminoacids. Check a simpler example at metallo.scripps.edu/beta/hist, in that case is for Metal-Aminoacid distances. Not all web applications are biz-oriented, remember us poor scientist too :-). ===== --- Jesus M. Castagnetto ([email protected]) __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
