unusable

I guess I am admitting defeat, it seems I cannot use the pear db class, I
really hate to start all over again, I've spent 3 days just trying to get a
connection to the db.  Should never happen, I'm gonna give a couple more go
arounds and then if it still doesn't work correctly (and it won't) guess
I'll go back to the oracle specific  DB_Sql class I have used many times
before sucessfully.  Let me know when you get this working correctly I would
of loved to have used it.
