Working Samples of Submissions

I have no idea how this will be received, but I recommend that all submitted

experimental code all have a working sample of it in use and/or a link to a
web page.

This will cut down on the hours and hours of deciphering code where one 
working sample is worth a thousand words.

Having recently tackled the XML/RPC.php and not being too familiar with 
XML, *god* it would be easier.  You'd also have others looking at the code 
we're writing examine working samples, etc.

The link and the working sample could be referenced within the fiel itself 
for later use.
