... but these aren't major changes, it would take maybe 5 minutes. And if you 
leave it for later, then people will start using it, and you'll have to choose 
between breaking the API or breaking PEAR standards, and the more times this 
comes up, the more likely that the standards will be broken, and then we'll be 
left with an inconsistent mess.
