IIRC, Ulf Wendel already started documenting parts of PHPLIB
in PHPDoc style (e.g. the form classes).

I don't know if this is really a good idea. A few days
ago, I complained on news:de.comp.lang.php about
Pear::DB because I didn't like the way to use it.
But now I've played a little bit with it and it seems
very nice for me now. So it might be better idea to
locate the problems in Pear::DB instead of removing
the whole thing.

P.S. I would really like to help out more but I'm currently
     very busy at study. But I'm pretty sure that there will
     be better times soon. ;-).
