It was a long time ago; I recalled validatelogin being defined to take a 
username and password parameter, instead of just fetching globals out of midair.

I still have problems with it; for one thing, if you're not passing parameters 
in, you've suddenly dictated the names of form fields (either that, or you make 
people set random variables in the global namespace just to check a login), and 
I just don't like the way phplib makes you subclass things just to change a 
parameter. I should be able to pass a parameter to the Auth_ip constructor to 
tell it what ips are valid, instead of having to change the class definition.
