I think lists.php.net uses ezmlm. According to your e-mail I guess you are not
using
e-mail address that is subscribing the list. This is the most common case. To
check
e-mail address that is subscribing the list, see your mail header and look for
your
e-mail address. Send unsubscrige request from the e-mail address.

Note: You can send unsubscribe request from other e-mail address. Send help
request to the list to get the instruction. (It may not be supported, though)
