German language tutorial on Menu

Hi,

/Experimental/Html/Menu.php seems to be quite stable now, API will not
change any more and I don't know about any bugs, so I wrote kind of a
tutorial about it and put it on my homepage:
http://www.ulf-wendel.de/projekte/menu/tutorial.php . Sorry, it's in
german. 

I'll move Menu.php to the regular directory as soon as I've translated
the tutorial in english and written some more inline docs.
