I have approved your PECL account request.  However, for some reason
your email didn't make it to the pecl-dev mailing list.  Are you
subscribed (see the form or instructions on
<https://www.php.net/mailing-lists.php>)?

Please introduce any new extension on that mailing list first, before
adding it as PECL package.
