Ncurses

Hi everyone,

I looked up the ncurses extension for php and realized that it’s not maintained any more. I would like to take maintenance of it if nobody disagrees. I have supplied patches to php-src in the past so I recon I have sufficient knowledge of php.

Either way I will port it to php 8+ 🙂
