I am Dengke Tang, a developer from Amazon Web Services SDKs and tool.


I want to help maintaining awscrt
<https://pecl.php.net/package/awscrt> extension.
It's the PHP binding for Aws Common Runtime
<https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdkref/latest/guide/common-runtime.html> to
help PHP developers to use AWS common runtime libraries.
