[PECL-DEV] Request to become a maintainer of php-wincache

Hi all, my name is Hao Lu and I work at the University of Stuttgart. In our department we currently have a few PHP applications hosted with IIS and we anticipate to keep them working in the meantime (before we eventually switch to Linux). I'd like to become a maintainer of php-wincache (currently unmaintained). I have a patch working for PHP 8.1+ hosted on GitHub (https://github.com/IfE-BPT-OSS/pecl-caching-wincache). The patch is authored with my university email address to retain attribution to my contribution during work time, but I'm interested in at least providing maintenance fixes as long as I could manage even outside of my job.
