Hello,

I am the maintainer of pinpoint-c-agent project(https://github.com/pinpoint-apm/pinpoint-c-agent)

The pinpoint-c-agent is a subproject under pinpoint-apm/pinpoint, it helps supporting pinpoint protocol and auto-inject in php language. Currently, we want to use pecl to manage and release pinpoint_php package. So I want a pecl account, can you help me ?
