I've added you as *developer* maintainer to SQLSRV and PDO_SQLSRV.  To
be able to upload new releases, you would need to be added as *lead*
maintainer (there can be multiple lead maintainers).  If this is
required, it might be sufficient to publish a new release with you added
as lead maintainer in package.xml.  Otherwise Marie can confirm that you
should be added as lead maintainer, by either sending an email to this
list, or just pinging me (@cmb69) on Github.
