[PECL-DEV] PECL introduction

Hi all

I'm following the instructions over at https://pecl.php.net/account-request.php, so hence an introduction email to state my purposes.
I intend to make a PECL account to get maintainer status for pecl-xml-xmldiff, such that I can do bugfix releases.
I already have some bugfixes merged in the github repository.
The original author, Anatol, is not very active anymore in PHP, and I already maintain the bundled XML extensions anyway.

(Honestly, I was actually expecting that my php.net account would work on PECL but apparently the account systems are split ^^.)
