[PECL-DEV] Imagick maintainers addition

Hi,

Dan (CC'd) recently gave me access to imagick repo to do the maintenance
which is happening on its develop branch (
https://github.com/Imagick/imagick/tree/develop ) and getting ready for
3.8.0RC1 (beta release) which I will hopefully happen soon.

Please can someone add me (user bukka) to the PECL maintainers so I can
release it on PECL when ready?
