Hi all!

I am currently developing the PDO driver =E2=80=9Cpdo_tsurugi=E2=80=9D for t=
he Japanese-developed database =E2=80=9CTsurugi DB=E2=80=9D.

Most of the implementation is complete, and the testing setup is nearly fini=
shed as well.

Since PIE is not yet stable, I=E2=80=99m planning to release it on PECL for n=
ow.

Do you have any thoughts or suggestions?
