Thanks Derick,

The URLs / links with internal. are directly from the pecl.php.net
website.  For example, go to this page and try and download one of the DLLs=
:

https://pecl.php.net/package/yaml/2.2.4/windows

I'll send an email to [email protected] and try to download manually by
changing the URLs.
