Video frame grab extension

Hi all. I've been working on a video frame grab extension to PHP (because I have a need) and its gotten to a state where it works at a basic level for linux. It will grab an image from a specified video device in the camera defaults and can save it as a PNG (in gray scale for a BW camera and RGB for cameras that support RGB, YUV, YUYV etc. I will eventually support Windows and OS X as well.
