Yeah I don't know if there is a dual-licensing or some sort of model
that could leverage the ffmpeg library but the code could reside in
PECL. No clue :)

Either way, taking that project and running with it would be useful,
PECL or not.

I did not consider any licensing when suggesting that. Seems odd the
licenses would conflict.
