Re: [PECL-DEV] need a little help with intl

I just tried on a system with only 5.2.13 installed on it and "pecl install 
intl" worked fine and produced extension loaded without problems. So I strongly 
suggest AGAIN that you reinstall PHP and make sure you do NOT install different 
PHP versions using same prefix.
