After doing some research, our extension is fully compatible with the AMQP spec. As such, I propose that the extension project be named "amqp" instead of rabbitmq, and use the current class names AMQPConnection, etc. Any dissenters? About the classes/functions name, if they implement a standard and are fully compatible with possible other alternatives then I don't think it should be a problem to keep what you have now.
