CouchDB extension

Hi All,


Greetings from South Africa, I am Andrew, I have written a PHP extension that wraps the CouchDB API

http://www.topdog.za.net/php_couchdb_extension

I would like to have this listed on PECL and use php.net host versioning and hosting, this i believe will
provide a wider audience and more eye balls to help in making it better.

I already have documentation stubs in place that just need to be expanded upon, and i have followed
the PHP coding standards.

Please let me know if i can go ahead and apply for an SVN account.
